Subwars, an amazing animation by Beijing-based animation student and illustrator Sean Soong. Stumbled across it while on Ape on the Moon. Love the gritty texture and black and white style, and all of the characters and monements are just brilliant!
The moral of this story: always give your seat to the elderly, because you never know when they’ll go bat shit crazy on you, and you don’t want to be on their bad side when it happens.
The Biebs by Sarah Pedro for her OCAD U Illustration thesis Deific Morality in which she relates modern celebrity scandals to ancient gods.
In this piece, Bieber is Adonis, the Roman God of perfection and desire (lol) and his fans are… well sex crazed 13 year old girls. Specifically this piece is about that ‘baby’ the Biebs fathered with a fan.
So what I’ve learned today is, don’t stick your dick in crazy, even if it’s just in her imagination! That shit can still mess you up bro.

My name is Danielle Kuindersma, or Dani K for short. I am currently in third year at OCAD U in Toronto, striving towards a BDes in Illustration. As the end of my school life is just around the corner I've come to the realization that my shit is not at all together. In trying to get myself in line for this future, I've created a new blog, daniK DESIGN, specifically for my illustration career needs.
My old blog and username, SherbertDelight, was created on a whim a few years ago. I have now come to have an odd love/hate relationship with it ( yes, I know sherbert is usually spelled sherbet THANKYOU ). While I dont want this username to be associated with my official illustration career I still can't bring myself to give it up, so I've cleaned up this blog instead! It will now be used for inspirational posts only. I've also made Jordan the Assassin, a 3rd blog for any obscure, random posts.
Hopefully this new separation and organization of blogs and content will help me post more often! Wish me luck!
